As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their travel needs, including booking flights, issuing tickets, and resolving any issues that may arise

Responsibilities
Assist customers with booking flights and issuing tickets
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues that may arise
Ensure accuracy of all bookings and ticketing information
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in ticketing software and airline reservation systems
