Executive (Reservation)

Responsible for managing flight booking and reservations for passengers.
This involves liaising with customers to help them book flights, make changes to their existing bookings, and answer any queries they may have.
They must be knowledgeable about flight schedules, fares and regulations and be adept at using reservation systems to manage booking efficiently.
In addition, they may have to handle customer complaints and assist with check in procedures at the airport ensuring that the passengers have a seamless travel experience.
