Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IME Head/Energy Head to lead our telecom infrastructure maintenance and energy management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of telecom equipment, maintenance processes, and energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
  
• Lead and manage the Integrated Maintenance (IME) and Energy Management teams.
• Oversee the maintenance of telecom infrastructure and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance processes and energy usage.
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Provide technical guidance and support for telecom infrastructure equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in telecom systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communication and Coordination:
  
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities and energy management.
• Project Management:
  
• Manage large-scale telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Regional Operations:
  
• Oversee operations in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
• Ensure regional teams adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement:
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the telecom and energy sectors.
• Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education:
  
• BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communication (E&C)/EEE or equivalent.
• Diploma in relevant fields (E&C/EEE) is also acceptable.
• Experience:
  
• 10-12 years of experience in the telecom sector, with a focus on infrastructure and equipment maintenance.
• Proven experience in managing teams and projects in the telecom field.
• Skills:
  
• Strong technical knowledge of telecom infrastructure and energy systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Regional Knowledge:
  
• Familiarity with the telecom landscape in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
