Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data /Energy Analyst to lead our telecom infrastructure maintenance and energy management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of telecom equipment, maintenance processes, and energy systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage data analytics for power sector projects, including energy consumption patterns, transmission line capacity planning, and tower optimization.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new technologies in the power sector.
  
• Conduct market research on emerging trends in renewable energy and smart grids to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
  
• Provide technical expertise on telecom infrastructure stack (Telecom Infrastructure Stack) to support project delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in data management or a related field with a focus on energy or telecom industries.
  
• Strong understanding of power sector operations, including electricity generation, transmission, distribution networks, and renewable energy sources.
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL Server Management Studio, Tableau; knowledge of Python programming language is an added advantage.

• Regional Knowledge:
• Familiarity with the telecom landscape in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
