Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electricity Billing Management:

  • Track and monitor electricity usage data from public charging stations.
  • Ensure accurate billing for electricity consumed and process payment for the electric bill payment portal.
  • Collaborate with utility companies and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, if any.

2. Invoice Preparation:

  • Prepare Rent Invoices for Public Charging Station Locations in alignment with contract terms.
  • Generate Revenue Invoices for Public Charging Stations based on signed agreements and usage reports.
  • Prepare and send Electricity Bill Invoices and Revenue Sharing Invoices for key clients, including Marriott, Sterling, etc.

3. POC Payment Management:

  • Add, modify, and delete Points of Contact (POC) for payment processing as required.
  • Ensure accurate processing of all POC-related payments and maintain up-to-date records.

4. Vendor Payment Management:

  • Oversee payment processes for charger SIM cards and mobile services.
  • Coordinate with relevant vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment.

5. Operational Coordination:

  • Ensure smooth operation of all public charging stations by coordinating with technical and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure all public charging stations are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization, including overseeing station upkeep, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on electricity usage, payments, and invoicing for management review.
  • Maintain detailed records of all invoices and payments for audit and compliance purposes.

7. Contract Compliance and Reconciliation:

  • Ensure all billing and payments are in compliance with the terms of agreements with various clients and partners.
  • Regularly reconcile records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

8. Customer Support:

  • Address customer queries related to billing, payment, and operational issues.
  • Provide proactive communication regarding any changes in services or billing processes.

9. Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas of improvement in invoicing, payment processing, and operational workflows.
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

10. Ad-hoc Duties:

  • Provide operational support for any special projects or initiatives as assigned by the management.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management meetings and audits.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, billing, or finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and billing software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
