Senior System Administrator

Microsoft Products (AD/Exchange/Windows/Office 365/Intune) Implementation & Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft O365 Administrator to join our dynamic IT team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining organizations and our clients Microsoft Office 365 environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and functionality. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, security best practices, and excellent problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will enjoy performing the following tasks on a daily basis:

• Good Comms Skills - (Should be able to make and receive calls from customers in Australia)
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Responsible for assisting in the Support group of M365 technologies as required to support business process automation
• Build solutions within M365 environment.
• Coordinate, monitor, and support various Microsoft 365 systems and their related policies.
• Systems include Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.
• Liaison with 3rd party vendors; and
• Remote and onsite user support and assistance

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes:

• Previous work experience with MSP preferred
• Active directory/Azure AD- L3
• Office 365- L3
• SCCM/Intune- L2
• RMM- L2
• Windows support- L3

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good Comms Skills - ( Should be able to make and receive calls from customers in Australia )
