Techno Deviser is seeking a Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to work closely with clients and drive business growth through effective online bidding strategies and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through online platforms and marketplaces like Freelancer.com, Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to showcase company services and offerings.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to tailor proposals accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless project transition from the sales phase to project initiation.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements
Min 1 year experience as BDE or similar role in the IT industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
Ability to prepare comprehensive and tailored proposals, understanding client requirements and translating them into project scopes.
Good analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
