Overview:
- The Regional Head plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of the company's regional branches or departments.
- This position is crucial for ensuring that the organization's strategic goals are effectively implemented at the regional level and that resources are optimally utilized.
- The Regional Head is responsible for driving business development, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a cohesive and efficient regional team.
Role Description:
- This is a full-time role for a Regional Head based in Bengaluru.
- The Regional Head will oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage teams, analyze operational processes, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and handle budgeting responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and mentor regional team, ensuring effective team performance and high levels of employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary to meet targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align regional strategies with overall corporate goals.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial management for the region.
- Identify business expansion opportunities and assess market trends to capitalize on growth potential.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards across all regional operations.
- Represent the company in regional meetings, events, and negotiations.
- Implement best practices across regional operations to drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the recruitment and development of regional talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Facility Management is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a successful Regional Head or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding regional business targets and KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.
