• This role involves a range of responsibilities, including troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems and equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of technical functions within the organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, or end-users
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software-related
• Offer guidance and assistance on technical matters
• Maintenance and Upkeep:Maintain and update technical systems, equipment, and infrastructure
• Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as needed
• Ensure the availability and reliability of technical resources
• Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and procedures
• Document technical configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps
• Training and Education:Deliver technical training to employees or end-users to enhance their technical skills
• Keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge within the organization
• System Integration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize technical systems and solutions
• Ensure seamless operation and compatibility of technical components
• Security and Compliance:Implement security measures and protocols to protect technical assets and data
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Inventory and Resource Management:Manage inventory of technical assets, including hardware, software, and components
• Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for procurement or retirement
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Investigate root causes of technical problems and implement preventive measures
• Vendor and Supplier Interaction:Liaise with vendors and suppliers for technical support, procurement, and service agreements
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed
