Job Description
We are hiring Technical Support Analysts with strong experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise(ACE). Please find the JD below and apply if you are interested.
Experience -7+ Years
Location- Remote/WFH/Hybrid
JD-
- Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in middleware Maintenance and support with strong focus on IBM App Connect Enterprise(ACE) and IBM Integration Bus(IIB).
- Proficiency in MQ, SOAP WebServices, Rest APIs, ESQL.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skill.
- Experience in Telecom Domain is must.
- Experience in dealing with various message domains like XMLNSC, JSON and SOAP.
- Willing to work in a Support and Maintenance for Application support.
- Able to work on above technologies with minimum supervision, self motivated.
- Ability to guide junior resources and manage workload.
