Minimum of 12+ years of experience with an excellenttrack record for successful and flawless execution of projects ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budgetAt least 8+ years of experience in running large scale Digital projects with 4+ years of leading ServiceNow programs with core hands on experience on architecting ServiceNow solutions.Experience in end – end SDLC with experience in churning out and reviewing appropriate documentation for each phaseExperience in setting up and architecting ServiceNow infrastructureShould have handled teams of 15+ resources with management expertise in ServiceNow to build a strong team culture and technical competencyAn innovative and transformative mindset to identify improvement opportunities in BPM processes to optimize them, decrease costs and increase client value by using the ServiceNow platformExcellent client facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Exposure to the Agile SDLC with ability to manage product backlogs and user storiesDeep analytical, client relationship and people management skillsUnderstanding to the latest technology Trends in the ServiceNow products would be preferable.
