Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, overseeing project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with PHP Laravel framework and related technologies like WordPress, MERN, etc

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, analyze business needs, and define project objectives and deliverables

Translate requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications.

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during project execution

Ensure effective communication and timely escalation of issues to stakeholders as necessary.

Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions

Conduct thorough testing and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

Regularly communicate project progress, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, both internal and external

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and project management

Recommend process improvements, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.

Strong expertise in Laravel framework and PHP development.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and client management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
