Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, analyze business needs, and define project objectives and deliverables.

Translate requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications.

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during project execution.
