Job Description

We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Software Business Development Executive to join our team and build a strong portfolio of clients.
Techkshetra Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. offers internship opportunities for management students through both online and offline platforms. Below are the details for the role and its requirements.
Objective: The Sales & Marketing Intern will help develop and implement our marketing, business development, and public relations plans. This involves creating, maintaining, and expanding marketing channels to reach professionals, educators, the industry, and the general public.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and other methods.
  • Plan and present persuasive approaches to convince potential clients to do business with us.
  • Develop a rapport with new clients, set sales targets, and provide ongoing support to improve client relationships.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services.
  • Oversee the activities of team members responsible for business development.
Job Requirements
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
  • Analyze current and past financial data, like sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and work with executives to pursue these opportunities.
  • Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients.
  • Prepare the company budget, track expenses, and ensure we meet revenue targets.
  • Train and mentor business development team members.
  • Work effectively with minimal guidance and be proactive.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer use.
  • Strong skills in networking, persuasion, prospecting, public speaking, research, writing, closing sales, sales planning, identifying customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, meeting sales goals, professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
