Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience working in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable but not required.
