Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for IT roles across various domains.
- You will work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes while aligning candidates with the organization's requirements and culture.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA or Post-Graduate degree in HR or related domain.
- Experience: 35 years.
- Primary Skill: Recruitment and talent acquisition (IT roles) End-to-end recruitment process, Proficiency in using sourcing platforms, Vendor Management.
- Secondary Skills: Employee engagement and onboarding, Strong communication and negotiation skills, Ability to build candidate pipelines and maintain relationships.
Work Location: Coimbatore.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience of 2+ years in IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, such as Developers, Architects, QA Engineers, Cloud Experts, DevOps, and more.
- Proficiency in using job boards, sourcing platforms, and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and qualifications for IT roles.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and consultancy networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on their technical and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate and conduct technical interviews in collaboration with team leads.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and market salary benchmarks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports regularly.
- Assist in employer branding efforts to attract top IT talent.
