Laying down complete roadmap to transform AS IS systems to be transformed in To Be systems for achieving client goals and KPIs Work with key stakeholders to identify functional and technical requirements, translate into design specifications To closely work with all the stakeholders to ensure the proper information is gathered and documented for the development and testing Optimization of current application platform and re design the UI in order to have improved client experience, reduced cycle time and improved metrics Perform Gap Analysis and designed Process flows for Current and Future State systems Facilitated Joint Application Design & Walkthrough sessions for client and managed their expectations for the application during the development phase. Develop Solutions for the Areas of Improvement and Obtain sign off from Business for the same Documenting BRD, FSD and capturing the requirement flow through Requirement Traceability Matrix Communicate the Solution with Technology & Testing Team and provide continuous assistance for Implementation Ensure the Overall Functionality is developed and implemented properly to ensure the customer expectation To liaise with the Quality team to provide proper support in terms of submitting the functional and sign off documents The BA should have good understanding of SDLC process i.e. Waterfall and Agile methodologies to strictly adhere to the process end to end " MBA from a good collage is desirable Worked as a BA for product company with minimal changes in jobs.
