SAP Archiving

• Minimum 7+ SAP archiving experience (including minimum 1+ into S/4)
• Well versed with ILMSTORE set-up with 3rd party tools, SAP ILM audit area, Legal Hold and case management customizations, retention rules set-up, e-discovery programs set-up etc.
• Implementation experience with SAP ILM Retention Management, ILM Legal Hold and Case Management
• Hands-on with identifying impacts due to archiving and implementing their mitigating solutions
• Implementation experience with Standard and Custom Archive object
• Hands-on with implementing purging/hybrid DVM solutions for technical tables/staging functional tables
• Hands-on with System assessment in context to DVM, NSE/Aging
• Hands-on with Document Archiving scenarios/Content server migration
• Experienced in conducting/leading workshop with the business users/stakeholders
• Hands-on with Nearline Storage (SAP IQ) integration with archive server and SAP, Administration and Support

Good to have:

• Experience with setting up secondary database connection e.g. SAP IQ
• SAP Integration with Content and Archive server
• Experience with ILM advance topics like ILM blocking, ILM RW
• Experience with PBS Add-on, PBS NAA, OpenText administration
• Experience with handling OpenText products like Archive Centre, Content Server, OTDS, OTSC etc.
