Exp: 8+Years

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

NP: Immediate to max 15 Days

Skills: Should have completed at least 4-5 full life-cycle implementation of Fusion HCM Apps.

• Understanding of Fusion HCM modules - Global Human Resources, Fusion Talent management, Recruitment, Absence, payroll, time & labor
• Expertise on delivered Integration methodologies - HDL, Web services, Data Extracts
• Expertise on OTBI/BIP Reports, Dashboards, Fast Formulae, Personalizations
• Expertise in Data Modelling & PL SQL
• Expertise on Application Security in Fusion Apps.
• Good Documentation skills –Technical Specifications/Design, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOP
• Knowledge on OIC is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, proactiveness and self initiative characters are must
• Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business processes
• Should have experience in conducting SIT, UAT
• Should be well versed with Cloud Implementations, upgrades and maintenance methodologies
• Required to do functional configurations as well (with guidance initially)
