Title: Chat support executive / Sr. Chat support executive- Chat process

Work Location: Pune Hinjewadi

Job Type: Fulltime 100% Onsite (Work from Office)

Pay Rate: Depending on experience

Start Date: Immediately

Salary slab: 4 LPA To 4.8 LPA

Role Overview:

Educational Qualifications: Graduates/UG/PG

Work Experience Essential

• Exposure to similar role for a minimum of 6 months.
• Experience of working in 24/7 environment.

Experience Desirable

• 6 months or more experience in similar role.
• Experience on live chat process/web chat/chat support

Basic Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Candidates to be having experience of International Chat Process background.

Key Responsibilities

• Chat Support.
• Candidates should be able to resolve customer issues.
• Chat ownership, drive to resolution and communication with customer.
