Job Title : Technical Support Live Chat

• Work Location: Ambattur Chennai ( Ambit IT Park)
  Experience: Minimum 1 year In to Live Chat Support.
• Education Qualification: Any Bachelors degree.
  

• Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the USA customers through answering Live chats.

2. should be capable of handlining multiple chats.

3.Must be flexible to work in rotational night shift.

Required Skills & Desired Skills : Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.

2.Should have basic technical knowledge on, Router, modem , Ip Address, and basics of troubleshooting steps.
