Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Title : International Voice Process ( Semi Tech)

• Provide technical support to international customers via calls
• Work Location: Ambattur Chennai
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience is mandatory in BPO voice Process
• Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication. Should have customer support Experience in to Bpo industry
  
• Education Qualification: Any Bachelors degree.
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Assisting the USA customers through Inbound calls.

2. Must have experience into handling international Calls or customer support.

Required Skills & Desired Skills :

1. Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
2. Should have customer support Experience in to Bpo industry
