Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international chat processes for various clients.
  
• Provide excellent customer service through web chats, resolving queries and concerns promptly.
  
• Work on non-voice processes, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers from diverse cultures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO non-voice or similar industry (chat process).
  
• Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using technology-based tools for processing emails/chats.
