We are currently hiring for Team Lead - Operations - U3 to manage a team of 10+ Associates (L1 & L2) here in Noida.(WFO)
Role: Team Lead - Operations - U3 (Fulltime/Permanent) Positions: 2

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Client: UK Based Reputed Edu-tech (800years old brand)

Locations: Sec 60, Noida, UP ( 2-way transportation will be provided within the radius of 30Kms)

Exp: 4+ years (2Years as a TL on papers is mandatory and must have exp in handling a team of at least 8 members)

Shift: UK shift (12PM till 9:30PM & Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun)

Work Mode: WFO

Interview Mode: In-Person

APPLICANTS SPECIFICATION

• Relevant University degree
• Work experience: At least 2-7 years of experience as a Team Lead
• Initial test pass at the interview stage

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills (CEFR C1 level for Reading and Writing)
• Proficient in working on MS Office suite of applications
• Knowledge of building KPI reports using Excel PIVOTs or Power BI is preferable
• Has passion and committed to the success and growth of the team
• Ability to work independently and think out of the box’
• A credible enthusiast with a relentlessly positive attitude and an effective leadership style
• Able to motivate and encourage others, coaching where appropriate
