Module Lead

Install and configure new versions of Quadient Inspire software, including modules such as Interactive, Designer, and Scaler, across environments and servers. Ensure updates are validated in Dev, QA, and UAT environments before deployment to production. Conduct regression and flow testing post platform upgrades to ensure system stability and integrity. Utilize Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scaler for development and enhancements. Create and amend existing and new workflows (.wfs) based on business requirements. Map product/module capabilities to specific business use cases, including forms, letters, and workflows. Serve as the single point of contact for work alignment and deliverables. Conduct monthly/quarterly scope analysis to align with project goals. Align new users and roles as per business and project requirements. Provide guidance on environment setup and tool configurations in adherence to enterprise standards for scalability. Plan, design, schedule, execute, monitor, and control quality for medium to large scale projects. Perform risk management and ensure successful implementation. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including business clients, domain/system SMEs, client management, and offshore teams in a global delivery environment. Provide inputs for solution design, including demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POC) to help clients envision the future state. Suggest process customizations and refinements to address problem areas. Define a roadmap for migrating forms and workflows from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire. Design and create various types of documents for batch, real time, or interactive delivery, from simple letters to complex forms. Perform data input, processing, layout design, imposition, and output module operations in Inspire Designer. Analyze and resolve incidents effectively to minimize downtime. Should have knowledge and experience with Agile projects
