Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Implementation: Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools, ensuring code quality, security, and performance.
• Integration Expertise: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services, managing data flows and ensuring seamless data exchange.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of custom applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure functionality and stability before deployment.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within Salesforce applications, providing ongoing maintenance and support.
• Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, code comments, and user guides.

Required Skills:

• Working experience on implementation of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features.
• Hands on/Trailhead module completion of Service Cloud AI features(preferrable)
• Proficient in Apex Programming: Extensive experience in writing complex Apex code, including triggers, classes, and asynchronous apex.
• Lightning Expertise: Deep understanding of Lightning framework, including Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and Lightning App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Salesforce core functionalities, including objects, fields, relationships, workflows, and process builder
• Integration Skills: Experience with integrating Salesforce using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods
• Data Management: Knowledge of data manipulation techniques, data modeling, and data quality management within Salesforce
• Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and work effectively within a team environment

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I,
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferable)
• Salesforce Certified AI Specialist
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Preferable)
