Role & responsibilities -
1. Provide customer support voice for international customers.

• Resolve customer queries and requests via voice.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.

Preferred candidate profile Minimum 6 months of experience in International voice is mandatory.
