• Addressing and resolving consumer and commercial queries, requests and complaints.
• Providing customer service by attending incoming calls, emails and chats from existing customers.
• Understanding issues with empathy and resolving queries with a positive attitude.

Preferred candidate profile

• HSC pass and Graduated candidates can apply
• Fresher/ Experienced can apply
• Skills required: Good Communication in English (Mandatory)
• Age limit - 18 to 34
• Language - English, Hindi, Gujarati, Konkani

Shift Timing

• Females - 6AM - 8PM (Any 9Hours)
• Males - 24*7 (Any 9Hours)
