SAP HCM-Indian Govt Payroll and Time Management

• SAP HCM Payroll : Must have minimum 8 9 years of SAP HCM with S/4 HANA experience.
• Certification in SAP HCM is must.
• Experience on Government/PSU Project is must.
• Ready to work from client location is must.
• Exposure on SAP integration must. (MM & FICO modules)
• Minimum 4 5 end to end Indian implementation with Payroll & time Management is must.
• Good exposure on WRICEF objects, F.S creation.
• Very good in English & Hindi communication is must.
• Good in understanding third party integration with SAP HCM (example: Biometrics)
• Strong Indian Payroll knowledge with statutory requirements
• Flexible to work from Office. 5 days/week
• Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of Payroll like:

PCR Configuration must Payroll configuration tables must Wage type characteristics (Processing and Cumulation class) must Payroll posting configuration. Statutory Infotype knowledge Payslip configuration Statutory reports.
