SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, with a focus on SAP ECC.
Proven track record of at least two successful ECC implementations involving SAP HCM Payroll.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll configuration, including payroll schema, wage types, and deduction types.
Strong understanding of integration between SAP HCM Payroll and other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM).
Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and data management.

Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Payroll solutions within the ECC environment.
Manage payroll setup, including wage types, payroll schema, and payroll areas.
Integrate SAP HCM Payroll with other SAP modules and third-party systems as needed.
Provide ongoing support for SAP HCM Payroll, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues.
Monitor payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Perform regular system updates and enhancements to maintain optimal performance and functionality.
