• Identify the training requirements for different user groups, such as contact center agents, supervisors, administrators, and managers.
• Conduct a training needs analysis to determine the skills gaps and areas where users may need additional support.
• Develop training materials, such as user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and presentations, to support learning.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure training aligns with project goals and objectives.

Conduct training sessions for various user groups, using different delivery methods such as classroom-based training or remote sessions
