• Job Role Customer Care Representative.
• Communication Skills – V4 quality, good logical ability and able to give answers on E-com situational questions.
• Chat (Blended Process)– Fresher / Min 6 Months Experience into Customer Care is Mandatory
• Mode of Work – Work From Office
• Working Days – 6 Days & One Rotational Week off
• Education– Any HSC/Graduate Can Apply
• Shift Timing – 24/7* (Rotational) for Male
• For Female – 7am to 8 PM (Rotational)

Training Days – 15-17 Days (Training Timing – 7 am to 4 pm / 4 pm to 1 Am) Cab facility available in odd hours only in training
