Sales Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver In-person & Virtual Training sessions for New hires & Existing staffs .
• Ensure successful execution of training needs
• Responsible for providing guidance, mentoring & support performance improvement of the candidate.
• Send reports to Operations team on the progress of activities
• Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI
• Make sure Training goals is align with Corporate objectives

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skill (English & Tamil & Malayalam or Regional language )
• Client Handling Skills
• Experience in any product/process/up-skilling training
• 2 4 Years years of experience in Sales Training
• Should be good with MS office
• Good Presentation skills are required
• Ready to travel across location as and when required for training
• Ability to handle huge crowd of participants (online /classroom)
• Bachelors degree in any stream
• Ability to conduct trainings on various Online platforms such as on Zoom/google meet/Jiomeet etc.
