Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer with expertise in F5 Load Balancers to lead and execute the migration of applications from Citrix Load Balancer to F5 Load Balancer. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of load balancing, traffic management, and network security, along with strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Migration Planning and Execution:
   
• Assess the current environment using Citrix Load Balancer and document application mappings, policies, and configurations.
• Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and execute the migration of applications to F5 Load Balancer.
• Ensure minimal downtime and a seamless transition during the migration process.
2. F5 Load Balancer Configuration:
   
• Configure and deploy F5 BIG-IP modules, including LTM, ASM, and GTM, based on application requirements.
• Implement advanced traffic management policies, SSL offloading, iRules, and health monitoring.
3. Testing and Validation:
   
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-migration testing to validate traffic routing, session persistence, and application functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to load balancing and traffic distribution during and after the migration.
4. Collaboration and Support:
   
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to address specific migration requirements.
• Provide Level 3 support for the load balancing environment, including incident resolution and performance optimization.
5. Documentation and Handover:
   
• Create detailed technical documentation, including migration plans, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for ongoing management and support of the F5 Load Balancer.
