Job Title: Senior .NET & Azure Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET & Azure Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET development, C# programming, Azure services, and security best practices, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Windows Forms and WPF applications using the .NET framework and C#.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support integration with various platforms.
• Utilize Azure services and Azure Foundry APIs for cloud-based application development.
• Implement Azure AI and Cognitive Services to enhance application capabilities.
• Apply containerization technologies and orchestration tools for efficient deployment and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices in all aspects of application development.
• Manage and optimize Azure SQL Databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Work with front-end technologies and frameworks to build interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in .NET framework and C# programming.
• Experience in building Windows Forms and WPF applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of Azure AI, Cognitive Services, and machine learning integrations.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud orchestration.
• Expertise in implementing security best practices in application development.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database management and query optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Certification in Microsoft Azure or .NET-related technologies.
