Content Writer

TECEZE is looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our marketing and business objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to produce content that drives engagement, generates leads, and promotes our products and services effectively.

Role & responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread engaging and informative content among longer and shorter format.
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with company goals, target audience needs, and SEO best practices.
• Content Syndication Strategy: Develop and execute a content syndication strategy that expands content reach and drives traffic across high-authority third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Pulse, Medium, business blogs, industry forums, news outlets, etc.)
• Platform Identification: Identify and leverage key content syndication platforms to amplify content, including partnerships with content networks, industry influencers, and media outlets.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and ensure content is optimized for search engines, driving organic traffic to the website. Implement on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
• Social Media Marketing: Create shareable and engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community interaction.
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop content for email newsletters and promotional campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and engagement with existing customers.
• Content Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid media.
• Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to create relevant and timely content that speaks to the needs and interests of our audience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, email performance metrics) and provide reports on engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with the brands tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other departments to create content that aligns with broader campaigns and goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to create content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and strategy across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to adapt to different content styles and voices depending on the platform and target audience.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure content performance.
• Knowledge of content marketing automation tools
