Exam Lab Invigilator

Responsibilities

• All invigilators must be registered at the start of the exam process
• Candidate registration as per process to avoid any impersonation/ swapping during exams
• Candidate verification as per process to avoid any impersonation/ swapping prior to/ during/ post exams
• Proper invigilation of candidates to avoid any malpractice/ UFM at the exam venues
• Follow exam related processes as per guidelines to ensure end to end exam delivery
• Provide necessary support to Operations Team in readiness of exam venues on proposed timelines
• Additional deployment of ELIs on ad-hoc basis on exam days to ensure proper vigilance to every candidate and to restrict impersonation/ unethical practices/ UFM at every level
• Ensure ELIs have received exam specific instructions/checklist from venue head
• Manage all mismatch cases based on a SOP
• Block entry to unauthorized candidates and staff
