Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced person to support on the

development of system which support towards the dealer management for

Retails/ Stock Management/Claim Management towards the Machine

Business & After Sales Support Business. The ideal candidate will

possess a strong accounting background coupled with a deep

understanding of the heavy construction equipment industry/ Motor

Vehicle Industry. Exposure towards receivable side of business.

Collaboration with the cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders,

vendors, and technical teams

- Ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements

Key Responsibilities: Development of System supporting the following.

• Understanding of Expenses Management GL Grouping in the Financial

Statements in relation to claims for.

• Incentives
• COB/Campaigns
• Expense reimbursement
• Warranty Management
• After Sales Service support
• Goodwill (Machine & Parts)
• Subvention (Financer & Dealer)
• Marketing spend
• Definition of Authority Matrix towards clearance of Expenses
• Extraction of Provision based on claims in system.
• Inventory Reporting & Management (Machine & Parts)
• Tracking of Inventory Movement (Wholesale to Retail)
• Receipts at Customer end – PDI
• Usance of Inventory including reordering levels.
• Reports on Inventory Ageing
• DEMO Stock Movement & Management
• Retail Invoicing
• GST Support, e-invoicing
• IRN generation
• Support in GST reconciliation
• Pre-owned Business
• FMC/ Extended Warranty
• Logistics & Insurance
• Discrepancies & Damages
• Trainings
• Monitoring
• Invoicing & Payments
• Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project & financial risks

- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans

• Communication:

- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders

- Provide project status updates and reports to stakeholders
