Role & responsibilities:

• Timely filing of GST returns (1, 3B, 9,9C), ITC reconciliation, refund applications, E-way Bills & E-invoicing, refund applications.
• Assist seniors in representing before the company in front of tax authorities for all audits, investigations, assessments, appeals
• Preparation and filing of response to queries by GST department in effective and timely manner.
• Understand and respond to technical issues of business users in timely manner.
• Coordination and interaction with consultants
• Track latest developments / changes in indirect tax laws and analyze business implications.
• Review compliance and suggest suitable improvement in existing process.
• Review of GST GLs and prepare reconciliation thereof
• Work closely with finance and operations team to identify and resolve all indirect tax related matters.
• Review of contracts and suggest suitable GST clause and implications thereof
• Preparation of periodic MIS

Requirements:

• Semi qualified CA with at least 5-6 years of experience or Fresher CA having experience of working in sizable MNC with good command over written and spoken skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise within the organization across different teams
• Experience of representation before various Indirect tax/GST Dept. authorities would be added advantage
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and drafting skills.
