Key skills for the job
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including VAT/GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
Assist with tax audits and assessments by liaising with tax authorities and ensuring timely responses to tax notices.
Experience handling both direct and indirect taxes, tax audits, and compliance activities within the company.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in the country of operation.
Assist in tax planning activities to minimize the companys overall tax liability while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
Preparing all Tax Audit workings and Filing assistance.
Reconciliation of books VS returns.
Reviewing of accuracy of entries passed in books.
All compliance related to ROC.
Education & Experiences:
Qualification- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is preferred
Experience- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Taxation , preferably in the manufacturing sector
