A Public Relations and communications agency is hiring for the profile of HR Manager.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5-7 years
Major Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and facilitating onboarding process.
3. Overseeing the orientation process for new hires and organizing training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
6. Designing and administering compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
7. Create and maintain a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement, professional development, and team-building initiatives
8. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Five or more years of experience in human resources preferably in a similar industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with HR software
