About the company:
- Adsparkx is looking for a full-time Head of Human Resources to join our team in Gurugram.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
- He/She will lead our human resources team and ensure that all human resources-related activities are carried out smoothly and effectively.
- As an HR Head, you will work closely with the senior management to develop policies and strategies related to human resources.
- You will also need to ensure the successful implementation of the policies and strategies throughout the organization.
- You will be responsible to ensure that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the company's objectives.
- You must have deep knowledge of HR-related market trends and laws.
- You should advise the senior management on all related subjects.
- You should display strong leadership qualities on a number of fronts, including demonstrating a high level of professional ethics, nurturing team talent, and championing our corporate initiatives.
Human Resources Manager responsibilities include:
- Developing plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Maintain and coordinate all activities within the HR department.
- Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labour unions.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
- Communicate with external services providers such as transport (if any), insurance, etc.
- Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
- Develop policies to curb absenteeism and employee turnover.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as HR Head.
- Must have worked on CRM.
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best Practices.
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field MSc/MBA in human resources
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Expertise in Labor and Employment Law, HR Policies, and Employee Relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
