About the Role:

- We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and result-oriented Manager SEO to lead our SEO initiatives and drive significant growth for our clients.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and programmatic SEO, a proven track record of mentoring teams, and hands-on experience in client acquisition through successful pitch deliveries and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client objectives, focusing on technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

- Leverage programmatic SEO to scale organic visibility and optimize content for high-impact keywords.

- Monitor algorithm updates and implement best practices to ensure long-term success.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

- Provide regular training to enhance team expertise in technical, programmatic, and strategic SEO.

- Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive results.

Client Acquisition & Coordination - Collaborate with the Business Development teams to craft compelling SEO pitches for potential clients showcasing the ROI of SEO strategies.

- Successfully onboard new clients, understanding their needs, and setting clear KPIs for SEO projects.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.

- Technical SEO Expertise - Conduct technical audits and provide recommendations to improve site architecture, indexing, crawlability, and speed.

- Implement schema markup, resolve canonicalization issues, and optimize for Core Web Vitals.

- Oversee the development of technical SEO strategies for large-scale websites and ecommerce platforms.
