Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SEO Manager to join our growing marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Keyword Research & Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords with high search volume and low competition.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive keyword strategy aligned with business goals.
- Track keyword rankings and analyze search engine results pages (SERPs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text, for search engines.
- Ensure website content is high-quality, informative, and relevant to target keywords.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for SEO.
Technical SEO:
- Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and mobile-friendliness.
- Implement schema markup and other structured data to improve search engine visibility.
- Optimize website speed and performance to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
Off-Page Optimization:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
- Monitor and analyze competitor backlink profiles to identify link-building opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and other website owners.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals and target audience interests.
- Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, and white papers.
- Collaborate with content creators and other stakeholders to ensure content is optimized for SEO.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other marketing team members, including content marketers, social media managers, and paid media specialists.
- Work closely with the web development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and keyword research.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio is a plus
