Role & responsibilities

• Should have good understanding of BPO Matrix
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage, ACHT's, NPS, SLA, Repeat.
• Should have a good command of BPO Operational skills.
• Should be able to manage and train the team members accordingly.
• Should have good knowledge of Excel to make reports in reference to performances.
• Have Time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Should be open to work in a 24*7 environment
