1. Create interesting and original reel concepts to promote volunteering and Team Everest\u2019s work.
   
2. Write engaging scripts for reels that capture attention.
   
3. Direct reels and ensure the desired creative output is achieved.
   
4. Maintain and track a list of reel ideas for future content.
   
5. Take care of the entire reel creation process from start to finish.
   
6. Support the video team during video shoots.
   
7. Directly Edit the reels you shoot or work with our video team to ensure they are ready for publishing.
   
8. Procure materials needed for reels, with support from our procurement team.

Skills required for Job:

3. Ability to craft detailed scripts to document and outline the reel plan effectively.
   
4. Lead from the front and direct the reels shooting.
   
5. Strong command of Instagram platform.
   
6. Basic understanding of Reels creation.
   
7. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
   
8. Organizational Skills: You should know how to plan well and manage multiple tasks with a cool head.
   
9. Computer Skills: You should know basic computer skills like using MS Office.
   
10. Work Ethic: You should be someone who loves to learn, works hard, and can do tasks independently & with a team.
