Job Description

  1. Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and close new sales opportunities for IT AMC services, ERP software solutions, and Cloud Migration services.
  2. Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base across IT AMC, ERP, and Cloud Migration offerings.
  3. Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the company s IT AMC services, ERP software, and Cloud Migration offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  4. Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the clients needs, focusing on IT infrastructure, ERP solutions, and cloud migration strategies.
  5. Proposal Development : Draft and present customized proposals that meet client requirements and align with the company s services in IT AMC, ERP, and cloud solutions.
  6. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for IT AMC, ERP, and Cloud Migration services.
  7. Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to IT AMC, ERP software, and Cloud Migration.
  8. Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new product developments in the IT, ERP, and Cloud Migration sectors.
  9. Negotiation : Effectively negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring both the client and the company s interests are protected.
  10. Post-Sales Support : Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and migration for new clients.
  11. Reporting : Regularly update the CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications
  1. Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  2. Experience : 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services, AMC, ERP software, or cloud solutions.
  3. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, AMC services, ERP software, and cloud migration technologies.
  4. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  5. Sales Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  7. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  9. CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM software and sales tracking systems.
Preferred Skills
  1. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with specific industries such as retail, manufacturing, or finance where ERP systems and cloud migration are widely used.
  2. Cloud Expertise : Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud migration strategies.
  3. Networking : Established network of contacts in the IT, ERP, and cloud sectors.
  4. Continuous Learning : Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest IT, ERP, and cloud migration trends and technologies.
