Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying and closing business opportunities in the digital technology sector. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with our cutting-edge technology offerings. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals. Solution Selling Understand client requirements and propose customized digital technology solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions. Market Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Provide insights to the management team for strategy development. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. Prepared and presented sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital technology or IT services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or other digital technologies. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms.
