Primacy Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and dynamic customize cloud software sales manager to join our team. In order to be a successful /software sales manager, you must have experience with software sales specifically in Mobile SaaS products and web/mobile application development services. Ideally, you should be able to close deals independently by offering the right solution products to prospects and building trust for the long term.
Responsibilities:-
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and various outbound methods, such as cold calls, emails, networking, social media, webinars, events, conferences, etc.
Finding different ways to generate qualified sales leads
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities Research accounts, identify prospects, generate interest and thereby generate leads
Set up meetings, identify pain points & evaluate needs, perform cost-benefit & needs analysis and suggest appropriate products/services to the existing and prospective customers
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations & effective online demos on products and services to existing and prospective customers
Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports
Close deals as per pre-defined targets
Assess client needs and pitch suitable products
Estimate and write proposal documents
Negotiate sales prices
Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Promoting a business in India/Canada/US/European/ Middle East/ APAC countries.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Develop a sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed forecasted targets
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and long-lasting customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
Leading Sales Team & achieving set targets
Meet the Sales target allocated.
Primary skills (Must have) :-
3-5 years of experience in information technology sales with 2+ year experience as a Sales Manager is preferred
Familiarity with BRM & CRM Practices, Hands-on experience of CRM software and MS Office
Ability to understand clients needs and business processes
Excellent selling, negotiation, presentation and pipeline management skills
Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or subscription-based product in the Domestic / International Market
Familiarity with different sales & marketing techniques
Experience in Business-to-Business Sales environment (IT Solution sales preferred)
Based in Kolkata or commutable distance from Kolkata
Understanding of market and marketing strategies of software products
Excellent English communication
Good communication skills.
Secondary skills (Nice to have) :
Excellent in generating Leads from Canada/ US/European/ Middle East/ APAC countries
Bachelors / Masterss degree in marketing, business or a related field
Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or
