We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Talent Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition. This role will be pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for web consultant international roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and connect with potential candidates.
2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidates suitability for web consultant international positions based on their experience, knowledge, and communication skills.
3. Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
4. Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on talent recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruiting candidates for web consultant international positions in the web service sales industry.
- Familiarity with web technologies and a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for web consultant roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
